Thank you to our Prevention Coalition participants!

This past Wednesday, February 19th, we had a spectacular Prevention Coalition meeting where we welcomed our new and potential members, saw some amazing neighborhood campaign projects, ate delicious food, and came together as a community!

This was a truly inspiring opportunity for folks who are passionate about the health of San Francisco’s youth and communities to show their support and to connect with community-based organizations, residents, store owners, and activists!

We want to give a big shout-out to the Women’s Building for housing our event in the beautiful Audrey Lorde room, thank you!

The San Francisco Alcohol Prevention Coalition works to reduce underage drinking and the impacts of alcohol on our neighborhoods. Our coalition has diverse perspectives but a common focus: to change conditions and norms in our neighborhoods that make alcohol readily available and desirable for underage youth.

Check out these amazing photos from the Coalition meeting!
